Website & Print Media

In meetings with the service’s patients their main feedback was that the existing materials were hard to understand due to language & format, outdated, and very clinical and inhuman. This established the basis of the new identity, clear, modern, and with a friendly human touch.

The first step was to redesign the outdated website, rebuilding it from the ground up with new, easier navigation, and a brighter, more vibrant custom icon set. Explore the website for yourself here:

With the website built and ready to launch, the next phase was to complete the print media to be hung in waiting areas, staff rooms, and down corridors. These included information posters helping patients to understand the pressures on the service and it’s staff, and feedback posters for the staff reminding them of the positive impact they make everyday.
